In the last ten years, I have done a fair amount of travel for work.On average I purchase 1 bag per year, since I wear them out.I thought this looked sturdy and would last me a long time so I purchased it.I just did my first trip with it, and kept thinking of how I needed to write a review to warn others.Pros:It does hold a lot. I had two laptops, two thick books, and a dress for my flight.Cons:1. The handle. Like most pull bags it gives you an option to have it fully extended. Im only 5'5" and the handle is quite long, so being able to stop the handle at the next notch down would be a good thing. It does not stay. A LOT of travel bags have this issue where it will stay for a little but, but give it a tug such as going over a curb, and it slips out. This NEVER stays at the desired level, so it is annoyingly too long.2. Getting in and out of the large compartment is a pain in the BUTT. You cannot just unzip it a little to get at what you want. So on a long flight you cant just reach into the overhead compartment unzip and pull out what you need. You have to take down the entire case.3. The other difficulty getting in and out of the main compartment is that the zipper snags on the sides. You have to keep pushing the material in, and it is very stiff. This zipper snag happens CONSTANTLY. There are buttons to release the fabric, but then you have this flap of fabric, so it is even more likely to get stuck.4. The bag was in use all of an hour, and it picked up airport grime like it was a dirt magnet.5. Like most pull type laptop bags, there is usually a protective plastic backing above the wheels so it can handle uneven surfaces without getting scuffed up. Not this bag.Using this bag has been the MOST annoying experience I have ever had traveling with a pull bag.Unfortunately, the time window to return the bag has expired. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Judy

Bought this for my husband because I was tired of seeing him with his old bag that was held together with duct tape. Slightly larger than I expected but still OK for hand baggage on an aircraft. He uses this everyday to and from work and on business trips at least twice a month. It's sturdy, easy to maneuver and perfect for his laptop, files and even overnight clothes. He is very happy and I'm glad that he's looking more like the executive business professional that he actually is - what an improvement!

This tote is big: not huge, but big!My last two were petite by comparision. This one can hold two computers and a day-trip load.Of special note is the way it stands up when opening either--or both--of the main compartments. That's a beautiful and funcational design advantage.Zippers work well. Nice big grips.Only downside so far is the wheels. They work well, but they're not as good as the "Travelpro" my wife now uses.
