I was looking for a duffel type of bag that was just under the "oversize" bag limitations and decided to look at this Samsonite duffel since Amazon said it was eligible for free returns but unfortunately, it was too basic for my needs. This is essentially a thin material bag with one large zipper for the main compartment and a smaller zipper for a pouch on the front. Unless you pack it full, whatever you packed will float around inside this large soft bag. I returned the bag the next day and was very surprised to find I had been charged a $30 re-stocking fee, presumably from Samsonite. I called Amazon customer service and they removed this "re-stocking" fee, thank you Amazon! I decided instead to buy the High Sierra Evolution 28 inch duffel which met all my needs.

The bag is a nice size if you're planning a week long trip. However, when I opened my bag and fully inspected it, I noticed the some of the zippers did not have pull tabs on them and the clothes fastener on the bottom side was missing. I looked closer and realized the faster was not missing but had slipped through a hole in the bag. I was packing to leave within two days, so I just decided to keep it and use it for trips to grandma's.
