this is the perfect spinner.Size and shape are exellentZipper works perfectly and the internal compartments are excellent.Have only flown twice with it so time will tell if it hold up to the stress of baggage handlers. So far so good.The combination lock works well.The handlse does not slide out well if it is over stuffed.

bought this in december and went through 4 international airports. my favorite part was the smooth glide, the wheels are well made and felt sturdy, very quiet too. the shiny surface got beat up quite badly though, but that was expected. the zippers can be little tough to close around corners when the plastic shells are not "perfectly" aligned. i use customizable dots that came with and works well, i can see it coming from other end of the bagage carousel. over $300 price tag may sound expensive but the light weight compared to other brands actually makes it a good buy. i'm a frequent trivellar, the last luggage stayed with me for over 5 years. i have to use it for at least a year before i can recommend to anyone.

The good:- Attractive looks you can customize- Perfect balance with an easy spin, good wheels- Lightweight and pretty sturdy- Holds a lot of your stuff- Very good interior finishThe bad- Scratches easily- Shell cracked after 2 years of normal usage- 10 years warranty is a gimmickSo why only two stars?The product itself is almost perfect and probably one of the best in polycarbonate shell spinner luggage.Well made and pretty handy – you will be astonished how easy you can maneuver your suitcase after loading it to now standard 50lb.But for $300+ you will expect it to last. I have other Samsonite pieces who serve me well for more than 10 years.Not this one. After 2 years it developed a crack in the shell. Confident in 10 years manufactures warranty I tried to get it repaired or replaced.I had to deliver my luggage to the shabby repair point in mid-Manhattan whey they refused to repair it even for a fee.My calls to manufacturer resulted in the offering of 50% off MRSP if I buy next piece of luggage in Samsonite shop.Which was kind of bad joke as this piece of luggage is similarly discounted already.SummaryIf you are an occasional traveler this can be the luggage for you.If you are the seasoned one and don’t want to shell out small fortune every other year – stay away.
