The bag itself is perfect for me to carry my iPad and other small elecronics to work. It even has space for my lunch. However, I am very disappointed that with the first order, no strap was included (and it is supposed to be) so I returned it to Amazon. I received a new bag with a strap but that strap is now coming apart at the seams (literally). I am very disappointed. I am also disappointed that I can't return it because I am a few days beyond the return period. Ugh.
