Was excited for the features, but only after two trips found the wheel axle to be loose and now rubs against the case. The reinforced corners already look 10 years old. Quite disappointing.

I brought Samsonite Luggage Pro Upright 21 in May of 2011, and have been travelling very heavily with it since. Has some normal wear, but has proven a rugged carry on. I never ever check in luggage, and with the weels in first it is a perfect fit for the overhead compartment (non-expanded state). I am tall (6'6") and the handle is still long enough to have a convenient pulling angle.It has some very useful features, such as a grip on the bottom to lift it horizontally onto a luggage stand in a hotel room, and it has a recessed luggage tag, so that it does not come off while navigating through the aisle. Also good gliders above the weels for pulling it up a stair.All in all I am very happy with my purchase.
